Global Family is an international network of individuals and groups in over 40 countries. As an important support structure for thousands of kindred spirits and social pioneers, Global Family promotes activities and processes that enable people to experience their deeper connection to one another, to the earth and to their Source. As we join together to manifest the vision of shifting consciousness from separation and fear to unity and love, we encourage the participation of all those who feel aligned with our vision. Each and every person has unique and valuable gifts to share in fulfilling this majestic dream.

Hummingbird Ranch was created by a core team within Global Family as a way to model the consciousness which is seeking expression in our world at this time. As a living laboratory for the evolution of consciousness, the community is enga

Hummingbird Ranch is located on 500 acres of lush and breathtaking land nestled against the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in New Mexico at an altitude of approximately 7500 feet.

Our land consists of a valley, dissected by a year-round flowing river, with heavily forested ridges on both sides of a gorgeous meadow. It is full of color year round, with a wide assortment of flowers, herbs and trees. The property is very unique in that it includes numerous micro-climates. The views are spectacular and the night skies are an astronomer's dream.

There are a variety of ways to interact with our community. These include:

being a casual visitor
participating in a retreat, gathering or workshop
engaging as an intern
becoming a resident partner (which includes a year long courtship process)

Create a Core Group

We live in a time of radical change and remarkable opportunity. Virtually every person, relationship, organization and institution is going through its own form of transition as humanity and the planet move to the next stage of evolution.

The Core Group ProcessÆ of creating community is a natural next step in evolution: a way to link consciously through the heart to align small circles of people, and eventually much of humanity, in the experience of Oneness. Core groups build family and team, inspire joint action based on unconditional love, and have the potential to create a "new world order" that is driven by spiritual values rather than by competition, control, fear or greed.
