New Dimensions is a social profit, public benefit, tax-exempt organization, founded in 1973 by Michael and Justine Toms. We are an independent producer of broadcast dialogues and other quality programming. Our programming presents a diversity of views from many traditions and cultures, and strives to provide listeners with practical knowledge and perennial wisdom. New Dimensions fosters living a more healthy life of mind, body and spirit while deepening our connections to self, family, community, the natural world and the planet. New Dimensions plants seeds of transformation around the planet through our broadcasts, partnerships, community involvement, and educational endeavors.

Through its worldwide radio broadcasts, books. and tapes, New Dimensions opens up the global conversation with new insights and new ways of thinking. New Dimensions listens in to what is emerging in the world and encourages that goodness on a wide scope of subjects such as social, political, scientific, ecological, and spiritual frontiers through deep dialogues.

New Dimensions explores the landscape of possibilities of a more just, sustainable and compassionate world by having deep dialogues with individuals who are actively making a creative contribution in the world and broadcasting these dialogues in a wide arc through the democratic medium of radio, audio tapes and the internet. These dialogues are heard by an estimated one and one-half million people on over 300 public radio stations across the U.S., on shortwave and satellite worldwide, and on the internet. Since 1973 New Dimensions has been a voice for positive change in the culture.

New Dimensions has interviewed hundreds of the greatest minds on the planet such as the late mythologist Joseph Campbell, poet Maya Angelou and physicist David Bohm. It has featured Pulitzer prize winners E.O. Wilson from Harvard and poet/ecologist Gary Snyder. New Dimensions has published an on-going newsletter and has published many books based on these dialogues.

The outreach of New Dimensions Broadcasting Network has never been greater and the times never so ripe for these deep dialogues to be broadcast. Since its inception, more than five thousand hours of radio programming have been produced and broadcast, featuring many of the world's leading thinkers, social architects, scientists, creative artists and spiritual teachers, reaching millions of listeners around the planet. Plus the tapes of these programs continue to multiply the outreach because they go on indefinitely.
