of the EVOLVE website, is committed to maintaining your confidence
and trust, and respects your right to privacy. As owner and proprietor
of EVOLVE, FCE will not share, sell, or otherwise transfer your
personal information with any third party without your explicit
written consent. This includes to EVOLVE Partner Organizations who
elect to invite their members to engage in the services that EVOLVE
offers.
To participate
in the interactive features of EVOLVE, you are required to register
personal identity information on this site. Our commitment to maintaining
the privacy of this information is as follows:
Personal
Contact Information
When you register yourself on the EVOLVE website you are
required to provide your name, city, state, country, and email address.
Other information on the registration form (telephone,
sectors, etc.) is optional.
When you
become a member of EVOLVE or enroll in an online
education program (such as Gateway to Conscious Evolution, for example)
you are also required to provide your phone number and street address,
along with the information listed as required in the registration
form. This is required to complete the financial transaction associated
with membership and enrollments.
All personal
contact information collected will be kept private from all parties
except designated staff of FCE and the website development team
for EVOLVE. No personal information will be supplied to third party
individuals or organizations without your prior consent except as
compelled by law (see the final section).
E-commerce,
Donations and Order Forms
Our site will use an order form when customers purchase merchandise
from us, enroll in courses, or make donations. We collect customers'
contact information (like their email address) and financial information
(like credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form
is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial
information that is collected is used to bill the user for the merchandise
or donation. Contact information and financial information are kept
private and are used for no other purpose than what is indicated
above.
Any financial
information provided by users is sent via a secure server and encrypted
for user protection. FCE does not store or retain credit card numbers
after a purchase has been completed. FCE uses the industry standard
SSL security protocol to encrypt all information you submit. This
protocol ensures that sensitive data, such as credit card numbers,
addresses, phone numbers, etc. cannot be read or intercepted in
transit. FCE encourages all users to upgrade to 128-bit encryption
to ensure privacy on financial transactions.

to disclose your personal information or the website links and/or
contact information for any third party. Your commitment to integrity,
accuracy, honesty and the privacy of individuals and organizations
other than your self or your own is what make the services offered
viable and available for your use.
Be aware
that individuals may "trawl" our website to collect email addresses
of other users. FCE strongly condemns this practice, and reserves
the right to bar individuals who violate any implicit or explicit
legal terms of use from using our website.
